Before we try bellow’s ways, we should check network settings or wireless network and wait for 10 minutes.
Situation 1:
After do iOS 11 upgrade, if the iOS device can work [NOT black screen or stuck in Apple logo], but the WhatsApp stuck on installing, loading or waiting. We don’t know that our data is safe or not.
First thing we need to do is do WhatsApp backup:
iTunes Backup and Recovery
1. Connect Wi-Fi.
2. Connect iPhone to a computer with Apple USB cable. There will have a warning message on iPhone, click Trust.
3. Run the latest version of iTunes on computer. Click Summary> this computer> Back Up Now in the Backups Sections.
4: If you need the data, just log in your iTunes account and download it.

Delete WhatsApp in iTunes
1. Log in iTunes on computer and then click “Apps” under “On My Device” on the left menu.
2. Search for the WhatsApp and click “Remove” button on the right of the App icon. Then click “Sync” and then “Done” button on the bottom of the interface.

Delete WhatsApp by Setting
1. Navigate to Settings, scroll down “General” and then enter it, then click “Storage & iCloud Usage” option.
2. Click on the “Manage Storage” under the “Storage” selection.
3. Seek your disordered app and then tap on it.
4. Click the “Delete App” button with red font and then confirm it.
5. Access the App Store in iPhone 6 and reinstall the formerly stuck app.

Erase all content and settings (be careful)
1: Go to Settings>>General>>Reset>>Erase all content and settings
2: Then enter your passcode; tap Erase iPhone to confirm your action. After that, you iPhone is being set up as a new device.
