Flipped tells the story of a pure first love between a boy and a girl. Callan McAuliffe plays Bryce and Madeline Carroll plays Juli. Juli fell in love with Bryce as she saw him in the first time. Bryce is not sure whether he loves Juli, so he did some inconsistent things like inviting Juli to school but throwing away the eggs Juli gave or laughing at Juli with classmates. Bryce even tries to get rid of Juli by dating with Sherry Stalls, whom Juli despises. It really hurt Juli. Fortunately, Bryce realizes his mistakes, apologizes for his actions and finds that he falls in love with this independent and brave girl. Finally, Bryce obtains Juli’s forgiveness and then plants a fig tree together with Juli.
