Part 1: Recovering Deleted Files from iOS Devices Directly

Step 1: Download and run the BDDVDSoft iPhone Data Recovery on PC. Connect the iPhone to PC at the same time.

Step 2: Then you will see the option Recover from iOS Device on the left interface and click it. Next you can click Start Scan button. If your iPhone runs on iOS 7 or latest, and then you need to tab Trust on your iPhone for scanning your iPhone files successfully.

Step 3: In the next window where you will see all data of your iPhone, and you can click what you want to recover and click Next button.

Step 4: Start the conversion by clicking Scan button, when process is done, you can see call history, text messages and other types of the data. Finally click Recover button.

Part 2: Undelete Data from iTunes Backup

Step 1: Download and run the data recovery software on your PC and then connect your iPhone to PC with a USB.

Step 2: Choose Recover from iTunes Backup File on the left interface. This data recovery software will detect your iPhone automatically.

Step 3: Choose the files that you want to recover, click Scan button, the file recovery app enters the analyzing process.
