A brief introduction of DC and Marvel Comics.
Marvel Comics is the comic book giant of the United States, which was founded in 1939 and officially named Marvel in 1961.
It owns Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Black Widow, Ant-Man and more than 8,000 manga characters and the team of superheroes such as the Avengers, X-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
In December 2009, Walt Disney Company acquired Marvel Entertainment Inc. for $4.24 billion and acquired ownership of most of the comic characters.
In September 2010, Marvel announced its official Chinese name as "Marvel."
Detective Comics is the comic book giant of the United States too, which was founded in 1934.
In June 1938, the company created the world's first superhero, Superman, in the inaugural issue of Action Manga, and rewritten the history of American comics.
In May 1939, the company created the world's first superhero without superpowers, Batman, in the 27th issue of Detective Manga.
In 1967, the company officially named DC Comics and it is still in use today.
DC was acquired by Time Warner Group in 1969 and is currently a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Entertainment.
It owns Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Neptune, Green Arrow, Suicide Squad and more Superhero Legion.
In today’s article, I want to introduce some movies from DC and Marvel (released and upcoming) according to the timeline.

Marvel
Iron Man
In 2008, the first film of the Marvel Movie Universe: Iron Man was released and was directed by Jon Favreau.
Telling a story about the industrialist and inventor Tony Stark was kidnapped by bad guys and forced to make the most deadly weapon.
He made High-tech armor, protects himself from escape, and turned into "Iron Man" to defend the earth.

The Incredible Hulk
In 2008, the second film of the Marvel Movie Universe: The Incredible Hulk was released and was directed by Louis Leterrier.
The film tells a story about a scientist on the run from the U.S. Government, must find a cure for the monster he turns into, whenever he loses his temper. His name is Bruce Banner.

Iron Man 2
In 2010, the third film of the Marvel Movie Universe: Iron Man 2 was released and was directed by Jon Favreau too.
The story of "Iron Man 2" occurred 6 months after Tony announced his "Iron Man" identity, which brought an unexpected chain reaction to his life. His relationship with the people around him changed, and his close people became targets of enemy’s reprisals.

Thor
In 2010, the fourth film of the Marvel Movie Universe: Thor was released and was directed by Kenneth Branagh.

Captain America: The First Avenger
In 2011, the fifth superhero film of the Marvel Movie Universe: Captain America: The First Avenger was released and was directed by Joe Johnston, which is adapted from Marvel's classic comic book of the same name.
Stars: Chris Evans, Hugo Weaving, Samuel L. Jackson
The film tells that during the Second World War, American young Steve Rogers, who was injected with super soldier serum, possessed the most perfect body that humans might have. Steve was appointed the captain of the United States. The Avengers
The Avengers was published in 2012, the first time that so many superheroes come together in one movie.

Thor: The Dark World
In 2013, Thor: The Dark World was released which is adapted from Marvel Comics. It is the eighth film of the Marvel Movie Universe which was directed by Alan Taylor.
The story took place one year after the end of the New Year's War in the Avengers. Thor Talbot sent his brother Loki back to the Fairy Palace for trial. At this time, a powerful ancient dark force was approaching step by step.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
In 2014, Captain America: The Winter Soldier was released which is the ninth film of the Marvel Movie Universe.
The story took place two years after the Avengers World War II. Steve Rogers (Captain America) has settled in Washington, trying to adapt to life in modern society.

Guardians of the Galaxy (this film can be used in no order)
On August 1, 2014, Guardians of the Galaxy was released which is the tenth film of the Marvel Film Universe and the fourth in the second stage.
A group of intergalactic criminals is forced to work together to stop a fanatical warrior from taking control of the universe.
Avengers: Age of Ultron
In North America, on May 1, 2015, Avengers: Age of Ultron was released, which was directed by Joss Whedon.
The film tells that when Iron Man tried to start a dormant peace-keeping plan, things went wrong. Therefore, when the earth is facing a critical moment of life and death, powerful superheroes come forward to shoulder the responsibility of saving the world, and they will stop the terrible artificial intelligence robot Ultron to formulate a terrorist plan.
Ant-Man
Ant-Man is a sci-fi action movie produced by Marvel Pictures, based on Marvel Comics, the 12th film of the Marvel Film Universe and the second stage of the finale. It was directed by Peyton Reid, starring Paul Luther, Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lily and Jerry Stoll.
The film tells the professional liar Scott Lang has the power to become smaller, must accept his heroic status and help his instructor biologist Hank Pim invented the ant-war suit. Under the threat of a powerful enemy, Pim and Lang must carefully plan and execute a story of a scam to save the world.
Captain America: Civil War
In the United States on May 6, 2016, the Captain America: Civil War was published.

Doctor Strange

Spider-Man: Homecoming
In the United States on July 7, 2017, Spider-Man: Homecoming was released, it was directed by Jonathan Watts, starring Tom Holland and Michael Keaton.
The film tells the story of Superhero Spiderman joining the Avengers.
Thor: Ragnarok
In the United States on November 3, 2017, Thor: Ragnarok released, it is the third episode of the Raytheon Superhero movie produced by Marvel Pictures. It is also the 17th film of the Marvel Movie Universe and the 5th film of the third stage. Starring Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett.
Black Panther
In 2018, Black Panther was published, it is a superhero of the American Marvel Comics. It was first released in July 1966 with the Fantastic Four 52, created by Stan Lee and cartoonist Jack Kobe. He is also a member of the Avengers. His wife is a member of the X-Men storm. In addition, the Panthers are still the first non-satire black hero to appear in the mainstream American comics company.
In the Marvel movie universe, the Panther is played by actor Chadwick Bosman and debuted in Avengers: Infinity War.
Avengers: Infinity War
In 2018, Avengers: Infinity War released, it is the third part of the Avengers series. The film will be connected with the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 story.

Ant-Man and the Wasp was released on July 6, 2018. It is the second part of the "Ant Man" series, also called "Ant Man 2". It is the 20th film of the Marvel movie universe and the 8th film of the third stage.
Captain Marvel
Captain Marvel is the first female superhero movie produced by Marvel Pictures. It is the ninth movie of the third stage of the Marvel movie universe. The film is scheduled to be released in North America on March 8, 2019.

Man of Steel

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was produced by Warner Bros. Pictures of the United States, and DC expanded the universe's second film.
The background of the story is set after the Battle of Gotham at the end of "Superman: The Body of Iron", which is centered on the surge between Batman and Superman. Suicide Squad was jointly produced by Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Entertainment and was released in North America on August 5, 2016. It will take on the "Batman vs. Superman: Justice Dawn" landing screen in March 2016.
Wonder Woman
Wonder Woman is a female superhero film produced by Warner Bros. Pictures and its subsidiary DC Entertainment, adapted from DC Comics, is the fourth film of DC's extended universe, directed by Patty Jenkins, Gail Plus, and starring Chris Pine, scheduled for release in the United States on June 23, 2017.
Justice League
Justice League was directed by Zack Snyder, it has two parts, which will be released in 2017 and 2019 respectively.
Shazam!
Shazam . It is a fantasy action film produced by Warner Bros. Pictures, which is the 8th movie of DC Extended Universe.
DC Comics restarted "Shazan", but the main actors and boot date have not yet been determined.
The script of "Shazan" was written by "The Giant Catcher Jack" and "Speed Snail" screenwriter Darren Lemke. The film was filed in North America on April 5, 2019.
Cyborg
The independent film Cyborg was announced in October 2014 and is the tenth film of the DC Extended Universe. It is scheduled to be released on April 3, 2020, and will be starred by Ray Fischer.
Green Lantern Corps
