Step1 Free download MP4 to MP3 converter on computer. Load MP4 Video. Click Add File button on the upper-left of interface.
Step2 Set output format MP3. On the bottom of the interface, click the Profile, choose General Audio > MP3 in the pop up list.
Step3 Edit MP4 video. On the top of the interface, click Edit button.
Adjust Audio Effect by clicking Effect button.

Advantage: For Apple users, iTunes is a default music player on iPhone, iPod, iPad which also can be installed on Windows and Mac computer.

Disadvantage: This software is mainly focused on converting CD.
Step1: On the top of the interface, click Organize >Option.
Step2: In the Options window, click Rip Music>MP3 >OK button.
Step3: On the top of the interface, click Rip CD button.
